You will cultivate deep tax technical knowledge alongside exceptional database, data analytics, and programming proficiencies.

Apply advanced machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights from complex datasets. Lead end-to-end model development in Python, encompassing data exploration, feature engineering, model training, validation, and scoring for both structured and unstructured data. Design and construct robust systems capable of mining vast datasets, structuring them for machine learning applications, and employing AI/ML to address real-world challenges. Utilize standard statistical methods, simulation models, and statistical programming as necessary. Collaborate closely with business users and analysts to translate requirements into effective AI/ML solutions and articulate findings clearly. Manage stakeholder expectations and mentor team members in Machine Learning, AI, and best practices. Implement Generative AI-powered solutions, including AI agents, APIs, and intelligent interfaces, integrating with enterprise platforms like Azure OpenAI.

Gain hands-on experience in fine-tuning and optimizing LLMs, utilizing parameter-efficient techniques and systematically evaluating model quality, latency, and cost for production environments. Develop expertise in designing production-grade prompts and GenAI systems, including prompt templating, chaining, RAG pipelines, guardrails, and reliability patterns for scalable enterprise deployments.

A minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to hands-on work in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Demonstrate strong proficiency in ML/AI techniques such as regression, decision trees, random forests, classification, clustering, NLP/NLG, deep learning, neural networks, and ARIMA. Possess a proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end ML projects from initial development through to production deployment. Exhibit expert-level proficiency in Python, coupled with strong programming, algorithmic, and database skills. Maintain a solid understanding of Generative AI and LLM technologies, including prompt engineering and enterprise LLM integration. A Master’s degree in Statistics or Mathematics from a reputable institution, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or MCA is required. Practical experience in the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI/ML solutions is essential. Familiarity with tax applications is also a requirement.
