As part of our team, you will contribute to building custom applications within the ServiceNow platform, enhancing user interfaces, defining data structures, and implementing robust business logic. Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including defining data tables, user interfaces, and business logic.

Integrate the ServiceNow platform with third-party applications using scripted REST APIs and other web technologies.

Manage and lead the rollout of new applications and modules, configuring application UI and workflows.

Collaborate with fellow ServiceNow administrators to devise solutions and manage updates and configuration requests.

Troubleshoot production issues, identify system deficiencies, and recommend effective solutions.

Ensure timely implementation of ServiceNow application releases with minimal disruption to IT operations.

Maintain and continuously improve processes, standards, and working methods within the development and production environments.

Proven experience in ServiceNow development, including custom development and platform capabilities.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow versions and experience with version upgrades.

Proficiency in JavaScript and a solid grasp of web technologies like HTML, AJAX, and third-party controls.

Familiarity with .NET, C#, and ASP.NET is advantageous.

Experience with system integration using web services and other web-based technologies.

Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, ports, firewalls, and network protocols.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration.
