We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI – Application Developer with .NET expertise to join the TTT team within the Tax Service Line. This role offers a significant opportunity to be part of an innovative firm and play a crucial part in the advancement of Agentic AI transformation.

Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, plugins, and APIs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with product development strategies.

Manage technical tasks, including work breakdown, risk assessment, and solution implementation, following established development methodologies and KPIs.

Foster effective communication within the team and with stakeholders, proactively manage expectations, and collaborate on finding solutions.

Contribute to the enhancement of development and engineering standards, anticipating and resolving potential issues.

This role requires seasoned professionals with 5 to 10 years of experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, BE, or B.TECH.

Essential technical skills include full-stack application development using .NET C#, REST APIs, React or other TypeScript-based UI frameworks, and SQL databases.

Deep knowledge of Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Entra ID, and Foundry Services is crucial, alongside containerization expertise with Docker, Azure Container Apps, and AKS.

Familiarity with No-SQL databases like Cosmos DB or MongoDB, source control systems like Git or TFVC, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions is expected.

Experience with AI coding platforms (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) and Generative AI application development using Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Agent Framework/Semantic Kernel, MCP, and vector databases (e.g., Azure AI Search, Postgres) is required.

A solid understanding of LLMs, RAG techniques, and fundamental AI/ML concepts, coupled with advanced prompt engineering skills, is essential. Knowledge of AI Agents, agentic workflows, multi-agent frameworks, and SDKs is a plus.
