Develop custom applications within the ServiceNow platform by defining data tables, user interfaces, and implementing business logic. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using scripted REST APIs. Customize existing applications and facilitate the rollout of new modules and functionalities. Configure application user interfaces and workflows effectively.

Collaborate with fellow ServiceNow administrators to design solutions and manage configuration changes. Troubleshoot production issues related to custom ServiceNow applications. Ensure the timely implementation of the latest ServiceNow application releases with minimal disruption to IT operations.

Manage and lead the integration of new products based on client requirements. Maintain and continuously improve development processes, standards, policies, and tools. Ensure development and production environments are reliable, reproducible, and tool configurations are consistent across all stages.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is required. Alternatively, candidates with 6-7 years of extensive knowledge in computer programming languages and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow will be considered.

Possess a strong understanding of the ServiceNow Development Platform, including custom development capabilities. Experience with integrating third-party applications and knowledge of scripted REST APIs are essential. Prior experience with ServiceNow version upgrades is a must.

Proficiency in .NET, C#, and JavaScript is expected, along with a solid understanding of HTML, AJAX, and third-party controls. Familiarity with system integration using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and REST/SOAP is also required.

Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP ports and firewalls, network protocols, and IP networks, is beneficial. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for success in this role.
