Join Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice as a Senior Consultant specializing in Calypso solutions. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in hybrid cloud engineering and business intelligence to drive impactful change within our global network. You'll contribute to a practice focused on transforming vast data into actionable insights, supporting fact-driven decision-making and competitive advantages.

Key contributions include collaborating with stakeholders to define Back Office requirements, developing user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will design and configure tailored Calypso solutions using your extensive domain knowledge. Creating detailed solution documentation, including process flows, is essential for stakeholder buy-in. Close collaboration with Calypso Development, QA, and Automation teams will ensure delivered functionality meets business needs and maintains high quality through testing and automated regression coverage.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into development user stories is required. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, proactive in understanding business processes and system integrations. Strong communication skills are necessary to build trust with stakeholders and quickly grasp business objectives. Proficiency in Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and Microsoft Office is essential, along with knowledge of Agile/SAFe development practices. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.
