This role involves managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of programs or accounts. You will act as the primary liaison between the organization and our clients, aligning goals, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes to foster client satisfaction and drive business expansion.

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC services (CDI, CAI, CDQ). Build and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines across cloud and on-premise environments. Develop intricate mappings, workflows, and task flows for enterprise data integration. Enable real-time, batch, and API-driven integrations. Lead the design and implementation of MDM solutions like Customer 360 and Business 360 on IDMC. Establish best practices and reusable components for IDMC implementations. Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives, including hybrid data integration.

Implement data governance frameworks, data quality rules, and validation processes. Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards. Monitor and enhance data accuracy, lineage, and metadata management. Optimize data workflows for performance and reliability. Troubleshoot integration issues and production failures. Manage Secure Agents and runtime environments. Provide L2/L3 support and ensure SLA adherence. Integrate IDMC with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce. Develop API integrations and data ingestion pipelines. Work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern data warehouses. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and drive Agile delivery processes.

We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in data engineering and integration. A minimum of 8 years in Data Engineering/Integration/MDM is required, with at least 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC/IICS. Proven experience in enterprise-scale data integration and cloud transformation projects is essential. Candidates must possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key competencies include expertise in Informatica IDMC/IICS, specifically CDI, CAI, CDQ, and MDM SaaS solutions. Proficiency in ETL/ELT development, data pipelines, data modeling, SQL, APIs, and scripting (Python/Shell) is crucial. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with a solid understanding of data governance, metadata, and data lineage concepts, is required. Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps practices is also important. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech is necessary.
