We are seeking a skilled Informatica MDM (Master Data Management) professional to lead enterprise data management initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience with Informatica MDM Hub, Data Quality (IDQ), and ETL processes, coupled with a deep understanding of data governance and integration principles.

Drive enterprise data management initiatives using Informatica MDM Hub and related tools.

Manage the end-to-end MDM lifecycle, from data landing and staging to final publication.

Design, configure, and implement data models for core domains such as Customer and Product.

Develop and maintain data pipelines, batch jobs, and Hub Console configurations.

Utilize SQL for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.

Integrate data sources using SIF APIs and basic REST APIs.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loading, matching, and survivorship.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency across the enterprise.

Possess strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Hub (Multidomain), covering Base Objects, Staging Tables, Landing Tables, Match & Merge logic (deterministic and probabilistic), and Trust & Validation rules.

Demonstrate experience with Hierarchy Manager (HM) and relationship management.

Proficiency in Informatica Data Director (IDD) configuration.

Solid SQL skills for data analysis and debugging.

Experience with SIF APIs / basic REST APIs for integration.

Familiarity with Informatica IDMC (CDI / Cloud MDM basics).

Ability to debug data load and match issues.

Minimum 8 years in Data Engineering / Integration / MDM, with 4-6 years of hands-on IDMC experience.

Proven success in enterprise-scale data integration and cloud transformation projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Educational background includes B.E., B.Tech., M.E., or M.Tech.
