As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in shaping how organizations utilize their data assets. Your work will be instrumental in building data-driven advantages for our clients.

This position involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC services like Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and Data Quality (CDQ). You will build and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for both cloud and on-premise systems, creating mappings, workflows, and transformations for enterprise data integration. Enabling real-time, batch, and API-driven integrations using REST/SOAP and event-based patterns is a key aspect of this role.

Further responsibilities include defining data integration architecture and enterprise data models, leading MDM solution design and implementation (Customer 360, Business 360, Reference 360), and establishing best practices for IDMC implementations. You will also drive cloud migration initiatives, implement data governance frameworks, ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards, and optimize data workflows. Troubleshooting data integration issues and providing L2/L3 support are also critical functions.

We are seeking candidates with at least 8 years of experience in Data Engineering, Integration, or Master Data Management, including 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC/IICS. A strong background in ETL/ELT development, data pipelines, data modeling, and proficiency in SQL, APIs, and scripting languages like Python or Shell are essential.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is required, along with a solid understanding of data governance, metadata, and data lineage concepts. Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps practices is also necessary. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and demonstrable leadership and mentoring capabilities. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is expected.
