We are seeking a seasoned TTA SME & Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of advanced Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) solutions. This role focuses on Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), workflow automation, and comprehensive business process automation.
Leverage your deep expertise in TTA, OCR/ICR, and enterprise architecture to create scalable, secure, and highly available solutions. You will be instrumental in defining architecture, ensuring technical governance, and acting as a subject matter expert for the TTA platform.
Responsibilities
Spearhead the architecture and design of end-to-end TTA solutions for enterprise IDP and process automation, including defining components, environments, integrations, and deployment topologies.
Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship as the TTA subject matter expert, troubleshooting complex issues and establishing best practices.
Develop and optimize complex business workflows, manage exception handling, and integrate TTA workflows with enterprise BPM and downstream applications.
Design and implement robust integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and message queues, ensuring strong understanding of JSON, XML, and enterprise integration patterns.
Configure TTA projects, develop extraction/classification solutions, and support deployment across multiple environments.
Qualifications
Possess 15+ years of IT experience with extensive hands-on expertise in Tungsten TotalAgility (Kofax TotalAgility), ideally across multiple enterprise implementations.
Demonstrate expert-level skills in TTA architecture, workflow/BPM, document capture, data extraction, and integration architecture, with strong proficiency in OCR/ICR, validation, business rules, and APIs.
Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS, along with architecture and infrastructure skills including HA/DR, scalability, and security, is essential.
Familiarity with the Banking/BFSI domain is preferred.
Exhibit technical leadership capabilities, including leading teams, conducting design reviews, setting standards, and mentoring developers.
