We are seeking a TTA Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions. This role demands a blend of TTA technical expertise, IDP/BPM knowledge, strong project management acumen, banking domain insight, and client-facing consulting capabilities.

Key responsibilities include owning the full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, managing scope, budget, risks, and ensuring quality. You will establish delivery plans, governance, and KPIs, while managing geographically distributed teams and adhering to SDLC and Agile methodologies. This involves leading TTA implementations, overseeing document capture, classification, extraction, validation, and workflow processes.

Furthermore, you will serve as the primary delivery contact for stakeholders, conducting steering committee meetings, translating business needs into technical initiatives, and managing expectations. Experience in banking processes like loan origination, KYC/AML, and customer onboarding is crucial. You will also lead and mentor TTA architects, developers, and business analysts, fostering team growth and building internal TTA/IDP capabilities.

We require 15+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 10 years focused on TTA/IDP/BPM delivery, preferably managing large enterprise or banking transformation programs. Essential skills include deep knowledge of TTA implementation and architecture, IDP concepts (OCR, classification, extraction), BPM (workflow, rules), integration technologies (REST APIs, SOAP), and robust project/program management using Agile and SDLC.

Strong leadership in team management, resource planning, and delivery governance is expected. You should excel in client and stakeholder management, including workshops and escalation handling. Domain expertise in banking processes and financial services operations is a must. Proficiency in solution design, application/integration architecture, SQL, and relational databases is also required. Cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS) is an advantage.
