As a Senior Consultant, you will lead and manage high-quality learning interventions, including training strategy, needs analysis, curriculum development, and various digital learning products. You will oversee the conceptualization and delivery of design projects, managing learning deliverables to a business-ready standard with minimal supervision. A key part of your role will involve active participation in team and client discussions to propose innovative ideas and designs, developing impactful messaging, and contributing to new program concepts. You will also analyze current learning efforts and ensure alignment with client brand guidelines.

We are seeking individuals with a creative and innovative mindset, holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field. A strong understanding of technology transformation projects and familiarity with ERP applications like SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Salesforce are beneficial. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential. Basic knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, or SAP Enable Now is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to develop persuasive messages, and a strategic, artistic approach are vital. You should possess outstanding time and project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in instructional design, digital content creation, or a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment, is required. A compelling portfolio showcasing your design passion is also expected.
