Lead and manage high-impact learning initiatives, including virtual instructor-led training (vILT), expert-led sessions, and digital learning products. Oversee the conceptualization and delivery of design projects, ensuring they meet business-ready standards with minimal supervision.

Develop engaging content and guide creative execution for targeted and impactful messaging. Contribute to new program ideation, researching and recommending innovative branding techniques and design approaches.

Analyze current learning efforts to measure effectiveness. Align project deliverables with client brand guidelines through strategic use of visuals, typography, and layout. Facilitate design research, storyboarding, and brainstorming sessions, staying abreast of design trends and industry insights.

We seek candidates with 4-6 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or Digital Content Creator, ideally within a corporate setting. A creative and innovative mindset is crucial.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential. Familiarity with technology transformation projects and ERP applications like SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Salesforce is highly desirable.

Basic knowledge of authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, or Oracle Guided Learning is expected. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are necessary to develop persuasive messages. The ability to take initiative, interact across management levels, and think strategically and artistically is key.

Strong time and project management skills are required to handle multiple projects concurrently. A compelling portfolio showcasing clean, creative designs or collaterals is a must. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable.
