As a Senior Consultant, your responsibilities will include leading and managing high-quality learning programs such as virtual instructor-led training (vILT), expert-led sessions, self-paced courses, and digital learning products. You will independently oversee the conceptualization and delivery of design projects, ensuring a business-ready standard with minimal supervision.

Key duties involve managing learning projects, contributing innovative ideas through active participation in team and client discussions, and developing content with creative direction for impactful messaging. You will also research and recommend branding techniques, measure and analyze learning efforts, and align visual elements with client brand guidelines. This includes facilitating design research, storyboarding, and brainstorming sessions, while staying informed on design trends and client industry insights.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience as an Instructional Designer or digital content creator, preferably in a corporate setting. A creative and innovative mindset is essential.

Ideal candidates possess a strong understanding of technology transformation projects and ERP applications like SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Salesforce. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required, along with basic knowledge of tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, SAP EnableNow, WalkMe, or Oracle Guided Learning.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary for developing persuasive messages. The ability to take initiative, interact with management at all levels, think strategically and artistically, and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial. A compelling portfolio showcasing clean and creative design work is highly valued.
