Join Deloitte's Human Capital practice as a Senior Consultant, focusing on Organizational Transformation. You will be instrumental in designing and executing impactful communication, engagement, and learning assets for large-scale change initiatives. This role is crucial for bringing approved strategies to life across various channels, ensuring successful adoption within client organizations.

As part of the Content Center of Excellence (CCOE), you will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients. Your expertise in visual design will translate strategic concepts into high-quality, ready-to-implement assets. This position offers the opportunity to develop strong client relationships through consistent, high-quality delivery during critical project phases.

In this role, you will independently manage project tasks, and where necessary, provide direction and mentorship to analysts. You will execute approved design and communication plans, ensuring delivery meets client and contract specifications. A key part of your work involves translating communication strategies and creative direction into scalable visual assets.

You will also maintain and grow client relationships by delivering reliable, high-quality work and remaining responsive during execution-heavy periods. Proactively identify and address execution quality and timeline issues, escalating risks appropriately. Support new business efforts by contributing to proposal development and client presentations.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a similar field. Relevant certifications in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, E-learning Development, UI/UX Design, or Digital Content Creation are highly advantageous.

Key skills include expertise in change management communications, visual design principles, and digital content creation. Proficiency with e-learning development tools like Storyline 360 and Adobe Captivate, as well as motion graphics and video production software such as After Effects and Premiere Pro, is essential. Experience with presentation design, visual storytelling, and UI/UX mock-up tools like Figma and Adobe XD is also required. A strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and accessibility standards is fundamental.
