Join our dynamic team as a Deputy Manager, focusing on Procurement Spend & Taxonomy Mapping. Your core responsibilities will include classifying procurement transactions, purchase orders, invoices, and contracts using established taxonomies like UNSPSC and internal frameworks. You'll map uncategorized spend, maintain taxonomy hierarchies for consistent reporting, and develop sophisticated classification logic and methodologies.

A significant part of this role involves extracting, consolidating, and analyzing vast spend data from various systems such as ERP, S2P, and P2P platforms. You will conduct detailed spend analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and compliance gaps, preparing comprehensive reports and executive summaries. Furthermore, you will standardize supplier names, eliminate duplicates, establish supplier hierarchies, and validate data accuracy, all while ensuring compliance with enterprise data governance standards.

We seek candidates with 6-10 years of relevant experience in procurement analytics, spend classification, category management, or spend analysis. A strong understanding of global procurement environments, particularly within MedTech, Pharma, FMCG/CPG, or Medical Devices/Vision Care industries, is highly valued.

Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP, Ariba, or Coupa, along with strong analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL, is essential. Experience working in multi-business unit or global operating models and Center of Excellence (CoE) structures is expected. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of procurement processes and applications, coupled with proven stakeholder management and coordination skills. Familiarity with workflow automation tools and digital reporting is also beneficial.
