Support the development and execution of packaging category strategies aligned with business goals. Conduct comprehensive market intelligence and supplier benchmarking. Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing and value engineering. Execute RFx events, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships effectively. Drive annual productivity and savings initiatives while analyzing market dynamics. Monitor supplier performance via KPIs and collaborate on innovation and sustainability objectives. Partner with internal teams on new product development, change management, and risk mitigation. Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements. Contribute to sustainability initiatives and evaluate innovative packaging solutions.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager with 4-6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or packaging category management. A Bachelor's degree is required, and experience within MedTech, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, or Manufacturing industries is preferred.

Demonstrated expertise in supplier negotiation, contract management, and working with global stakeholders is essential. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Ariba, or Oracle, along with analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, is expected. Basic knowledge of automation and AI-driven procurement tools is a plus.

This role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with a continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset. Experience with multi-BU and global operating models is beneficial.
