As a UI/UX Designer Consultant, you will play a crucial role in shaping user experiences within enterprise and public-sector environments. You'll contribute to innovative solutions that enhance data utilization and drive an insight-driven advantage.

Conduct comprehensive user research to understand needs and translate them into intuitive user journeys and detailed design requirements.

Develop information architecture, create wireframes and prototypes, and produce high-fidelity designs that align with project goals.

Establish and maintain reusable design components and design standards to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Ensure that user experiences are responsive, accessible, and consistent across various devices.

Perform usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and evidence.

Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams throughout the design and implementation lifecycle.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in UI and UX design.

Demonstrated experience delivering responsibilities relevant to this profile within enterprise or public-sector settings is essential.

Key technical skills include proficiency in user research, persona development, journey mapping, information architecture, and interaction design.

Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is required.

Understanding of responsive design principles, design systems, accessibility standards, and usability testing methodologies is crucial.
