Seeking a Manager-level Solution Architect to lead complex enterprise application and digital transformation projects. This role involves defining scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include driving project planning, governance, risk management, and ensuring quality delivery. You will also lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between architects, developers, and business stakeholders to translate needs into effective technology solutions.

Lead the end-to-end solution architecture and delivery for large-scale enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives. Define application architectures that are scalable, secure, and performant, ensuring alignment with strategic business requirements. Oversee project planning, establish delivery governance, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction and project quality. Guide and mentor multidisciplinary teams, including architects, developers, business analysts, QA, and DevOps professionals. Facilitate collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable technology solutions. Provide support for solution design, effort estimation, proposal development, and pre-sales engagements.

A minimum of 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Leadership, and Project Delivery is essential. Demonstrated strong expertise in enterprise application architecture, microservices, REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and DevOps practices. Experience with Government/Public Sector or large enterprise implementation projects is highly preferred. Previous experience in delivering AI/ML or Generative AI (GenAI) implementation projects would be a significant advantage. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience managing multiple concurrent project deliveries are required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is necessary.
