Support clients in managing central/state level programs and projects, overseeing program management, project execution, preparation, and monitoring & evaluation.

Conduct techno-commercial feasibility studies, financial, and economic analyses. Demonstrate expertise in formulating strategies for retail, mall, hospitality, or commercial asset operations, understanding daily operational needs.

Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFP preparation, vendor sourcing, bid evaluation, and contract negotiation. Showcase experience in commercial space leasing, tenant identification, and onboarding.

Oversee vendor and service contract management, including SLAs, performance, compliance, and issue resolution. Experience in the commissioning or turnaround of commercial establishments is a plus.

Independently manage client interactions, presentations, and review meetings.

A postgraduate degree in Hotel Management or Management, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Engineering, or Economics.

Possess 6-10 years of relevant experience in hospitality and retail space management.

Be prepared for extensive travel across different locations on a project basis.

Exhibit excellent business communication skills, both written and oral.
