Lead advisory engagements throughout the OGC value chain, including upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. Provide expert support for regulatory interpretation and policy development. Oversee end-to-end project delivery and manage client relationships. Conduct comprehensive market assessments, feasibility studies, and financial modeling. Facilitate client workshops and deliver executive presentations. Contribute to digital transformation initiatives within the sector. Drive business development efforts, prepare proposals, and contribute to thought leadership. Mentor and manage consulting teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

We are seeking a seasoned consulting professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a profound understanding of the OGC value chain. Essential qualifications include demonstrated expertise in regulatory advisory, strategy formulation, technology implementation, and project delivery within the Oil, Gas, and Chemicals industry. Strong communication and presentation skills are vital, alongside the proven ability to manage teams and independently deliver complex projects. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis is required. Familiarity with the Indian regulatory landscape and experience managing multiple engagements concurrently are key. Exposure to digital projects is advantageous. An MBA from a premier institute is required, with a B.E./B.Tech degree being desirable.
