We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage large-scale e-Governance projects. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring successful planning, implementation, and delivery within established timelines and objectives.

Lead and manage large-scale e-Governance projects from inception to completion. Provide deep functional and domain expertise in IFMIS and Treasury Systems, focusing on process analysis, solution design, and system optimization. Collaborate effectively with State Government departments, stakeholders, and partners to ensure project alignment with policies and requirements. Analyze government financial and administrative processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

A minimum of 6 years of professional work experience is required. Demonstrated experience in managing significant e-Governance projects is essential. Strong domain knowledge of IFMIS and Treasury Systems is a must. A solid understanding of government structures and their operational processes is expected. Prior experience working with a State Government's Finance Department is advantageous.
