Join Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as a Senior Consultant, focusing on Program Management and Business Analysis within our Technology & Transformation practice. This role is pivotal in driving large-scale Digital Transformation, Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), e-Governance, and Public Sector Transformation Programs. You will leverage your expertise in program management, business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic implementation to make a significant impact.

This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients and government agencies, contributing to the successful planning, execution, and delivery of critical initiatives. Depending on your capabilities, you will have the autonomy to manage workstreams, guide program governance, and shape implementation strategies.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end program management and execution, translating strategic goals into actionable plans, and tracking milestones, budgets, and KPIs. You will conduct business process assessments, gather requirements, and develop essential documentation like BRDs and SOPs. Additionally, you will perform research, develop policy briefs, and support data-driven decision-making. Effective stakeholder management, coordination with government agencies and partners, and robust governance, monitoring, and reporting are crucial. You will also ensure high-quality documentation and promote knowledge management.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Information Systems, Computer Science, BBA, Management, or an equivalent. An MBA or equivalent degree is also required. We are seeking professionals with 4-8 years of relevant experience in Program Management, Business Analysis, PMO Leadership, Digital Transformation, or specific experience with Government, Public Sector, or DPI Programs. Experience in technical projects, working with government or public sector entities, and familiarity with Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) or e-Governance are highly preferred.
