This role is pivotal in driving the implementation and monitoring of Ease of Doing Business reforms across various government departments. As an EoDB Specialist, you will be instrumental in re-engineering business processes, simplifying regulations, and digitizing government services. You will coordinate with senior government officials and stakeholders to overcome implementation challenges and ensure timely reform delivery.

Key responsibilities include monitoring performance indicators, analyzing service timelines, addressing entrepreneur queries, and reporting on reform outcomes. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the state's investment facilitation and business regulatory ecosystem. Your work will involve preparing departmental actions for reform plans, identifying new reform areas, and managing state-level single-window portals.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering eGovernance projects and 6+ years in Government Advisory or Public Sector consulting. Proven experience with State/Central Government projects, particularly in eGovernance within the EoDB domain, is essential.

Academic qualifications include a B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. An MBA or PGD in Business Management/Finance/Economics is preferred. Proficiency in advanced MS Excel for dashboards and analytics is required. Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi is also necessary for this role.
