As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing secure, scalable backend services and microservices. This includes building and documenting robust REST APIs, integrating external and internal systems, and implementing core business logic, authentication, data access, and asynchronous processing.

Key duties involve writing comprehensive unit and integration tests, actively participating in code reviews, and optimizing application performance. You will also support CI/CD pipelines, observability, technical documentation, and mentor junior team members.

We are seeking a backend developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience, proficient in Node.js or Python, with a strong background in microservices and API development. Demonstrated success in delivering responsibilities aligned with this profile within enterprise or public-sector environments is essential.

Technical expertise should encompass strong programming fundamentals, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, authentication/authorization mechanisms, and various integration patterns. Familiarity with relational/NoSQL databases, caching, messaging systems, and asynchronous processing is required. Experience with Docker, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, secure coding practices, and performance optimization is also crucial.
