As a QA Testing Lead, you will define the overarching test strategy, scope, and quality gates. Your leadership will extend to guiding functional, integration, automation, performance, and security testing efforts. You will be instrumental in establishing automation frameworks, managing test environments and data, and overseeing defect management, metrics, and reporting for release readiness.

Further responsibilities include coordinating Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) and performance testing with various stakeholders. You will also mentor junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in quality practices and ensuring adherence to best-in-class testing methodologies.

The ideal candidate will possess a BE, B.Tech, MCA, or M.Tech qualification and a minimum of 3 years of experience in automation testing, performance testing, and VAPT support. Demonstrated experience in delivering responsibilities relevant to this profile within enterprise or public-sector settings is essential.

Key technical proficiencies include expertise in test strategy, planning, estimation, traceability, and quality governance. You should be adept at UI/API automation, performance/load testing, and VAPT coordination. Strong skills in test management, defect lifecycle, metrics, reporting, root-cause analysis, Agile testing, and CI/CD integration with tools like Selenium, JMeter, or Postman are also required.
