Join Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice as a Manager in our Infrastructure Consulting team. You will provide strategic advisory services to clients in the infrastructure sector, focusing on areas like strategic roadmaps, business planning, feasibility studies, financial modeling, and project finance. As a Manager in Infrastructure Consulting, you will be instrumental in understanding client needs and project scopes. You will direct project delivery, manage client meetings under engagement manager guidance, and contribute to the Assess-Design-Develop-Deliver-Monitor process. Key responsibilities include overseeing work plans, leading the delivery of project objectives across multiple engagements, and contributing to business development efforts by developing Expressions of Interest (EoIs) and proposals.

You will also be responsible for preparing compelling client presentations, securing buy-in from stakeholders, and driving pursuit closure. Your role will involve collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

We are looking for candidates with a Post-graduation in Management, Engineering, or Planning, or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of 8 years of consulting or advisory experience is essential, specifically in market assessments, business planning, feasibility studies, policy design, institutional reforms, and organizational studies within the tourism and hospitality sector. Experience with the Tourism sector is a strict requirement.

Excellent business communication skills, both written and oral, are critical. A strong passion for problem-solving and the ability to leverage resources effectively are highly valued. The role requires a willingness to travel and a high degree of adaptability to change. Experience with Big 4 or top consulting firms will be considered an advantage.
