This senior consultant role focuses on leading critical healthcare IT programs, ensuring successful planning and execution. You'll be instrumental in transforming healthcare delivery through technology.

Lead the comprehensive planning and successful delivery of healthcare IT programs.

Define program scope, establish timelines, manage budgets, and create detailed resource plans with key milestones and acceptance criteria.

Coordinate effectively with government bodies, healthcare teams, vendors, and technical workstreams.

Proactively monitor and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure adherence to quality, security, and regulatory standards.

Conduct governance reviews, generate insightful reports, and drive timely decision-making and escalations.

Oversee documentation, facilitate knowledge transfer, manage change adoption, and ensure smooth program rollout.

A strong background with over 10 years in IT or Health Administration, including at least 6 years specifically within Public Healthcare and Project Management.

Proven experience in delivering responsibilities aligned with this role within enterprise or public-sector settings.

Essential technical proficiencies include project/program management, planning, budgeting, risk and issue management, stakeholder coordination, and governance.

Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, procurement processes, vendor management, and quality assurance practices is required.

Excellent communication, leadership, documentation, and reporting abilities are crucial.

A foundational understanding of public healthcare programs, healthcare IT systems, data privacy principles, and interoperability standards is necessary.
