A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from a government-funded institution, a university ranked in the Top 100 under NIRF 2025, or an equivalent international university is required. A minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience is essential.

Possess a valid PMP or PRINCE2 certification and have demonstrable experience in at least one Government or PSU project. Strong skills in project planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk management, and budgeting are critical for success in this role.
