Join Deloitte's Technology & Transformation practice as an Architect & Tech Lead in Delhi. You will design, lead, and oversee the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance digital platforms. This role is pivotal in building the technological foundation for national-level digital transformation initiatives, particularly within digital public infrastructure and ecosystem-driven environments.

We are seeking a leader to drive the overall technology architecture, ensuring seamless system integration and a robust platform for large-scale program implementation. Your expertise will be crucial in creating a future-ready technology backbone that supports extensive user volumes and complex national projects.

Key responsibilities include defining end-to-end system architecture for discovery, connection, and service delivery, and developing scalable, modular, and interoperable frameworks. You will establish technical vision, standards, and best practices while ensuring seamless integration with external systems, Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), and third-party platforms.

Your role will also focus on ensuring platform scalability, security, and performance, establishing best practices for cloud infrastructure, data architecture, and system monitoring. Furthermore, you will provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and oversee the development lifecycle to ensure alignment between business requirements and implementation outputs.

We are looking for a candidate with strong expertise in system architecture design and distributed systems, coupled with experience in scalable platform development (cloud-native, microservices). Proficiency in API design, integration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and databases (SQL/NoSQL) is essential.

An excellent understanding of security frameworks, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines is required, along with strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills. The ability to lead cross-functional technical teams is also a key requirement. A Bachelor's degree in engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent, and 8+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or technology leadership roles, are mandatory.
