Lead comprehensive application development and digital transformation projects, specifically for the Silpasathi State Single Window initiative. This includes managing web applications, API integrations, CMS platforms, and government digital services.

Key duties involve: - Overseeing the end-to-end development and enhancement of the Silpasathi portal. - Collaborating with government stakeholders, system integrators, and development teams. - Providing technical leadership for Node.js, React.js, and Drupal-based applications. - Reviewing technical documentation, architecture, APIs, and development outputs. - Managing user acceptance testing, deployment, production support, and issue resolution. - Spearheading API and system integrations, including G2B/G2G services.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in software development, IT consulting, or digital transformation, including over 6 years in software or project leadership, ideally within the Government or Public Sector.

Essential technical proficiencies include: - Deep expertise in Node.js, React.js, Drupal, REST APIs, and web application development. - Proven ability to manage development teams and technology projects.

Preferred qualifications include experience in Government/eGovernance, Single Window systems, and G2B/G2G services. Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, cloud technologies, databases, and application security is a significant advantage. Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi is required.
