This role is based in Kolkata, India, and is a senior analyst position within our OIDS EDUT team.

As a Senior Analyst, you will provide crucial operational, program implementation, and coordination support. Responsibilities include managing daily administrative tasks, addressing queries from MSMEs and stakeholders via various channels, and guiding MSMEs on government schemes and requirements. You'll also support beneficiary onboarding, application processing, verification, and communication, alongside assisting with field data collection and enterprise visits. Coordination with various government departments and industry associations is key, as is supporting the organization of outreach and capacity-building events. Preparing reports, maintaining records, and contributing to MSME landscape analysis and opportunity identification are also core duties.

This position requires a B.Tech degree. Candidates will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to MSME Development and Facilitation Offices. Key duties involve managing service delivery, handling inquiries, and offering guidance on schemes and documentation. Successful candidates will facilitate beneficiary application processes, conduct field visits, and coordinate with a wide range of stakeholders including government bodies, financial institutions, and educational organizations. Support in organizing workshops, preparing reports, and analyzing field data to identify business opportunities and challenges will be integral to the role.
