This role, based in Kolkata, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to MSME development and facilitation, enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency. The Associate Consultant will play a crucial part in supporting MSMEs and coordinating with various stakeholders.

You will be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day operations of a field office, managing diverse communication channels for MSMEs, and providing essential guidance on government schemes and application processes. This includes assisting with beneficiary onboarding, verifying applications, and tracking progress.

Key duties involve conducting enterprise visits, collecting field data, and coordinating effectively with government departments, industry associations, and educational institutions. You will also support the organization of awareness programs and capacity-building initiatives, contributing to the creation of impactful communication materials and success stories. A significant aspect involves analyzing field data to identify challenges and opportunities for MSME growth.

The ideal candidate possesses a graduate degree and is eager to contribute to MSME development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively liaising with MSMEs and various stakeholders.
