The position involves supporting MSME Development and Facilitation Offices with operational, program implementation, stakeholder coordination, and analytical support to enhance MSME services.

Key responsibilities include providing administrative and service delivery support to field offices, managing inquiries from MSMEs and stakeholders via various channels, and guiding MSMEs on government schemes, registrations, and documentation.

You will also support beneficiary onboarding, application processing, and verification. Assisting with enterprise visits, cluster mapping, and field data collection is crucial. Coordination with various government departments, industry associations, and educational institutions is a core part of the role.

Additional duties involve organizing awareness programs and workshops, preparing meeting minutes and MIS reports, and contributing to the creation of IEC materials and success stories. You will also engage in MSME landscape analysis, sectoral assessments, and market research, while analyzing field data and stakeholder feedback.

This role requires a graduate with strong analytical and research capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective stakeholder coordination and query management.
