This position is based in Kolkata and involves supporting MSME Development and Facilitation Offices. The Associate Consultant will play a key role in strengthening MSME facilitation and service delivery through operational support, program implementation, and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities include supporting daily administrative tasks and service delivery, handling inquiries from MSMEs and stakeholders via various channels, and guiding MSMEs on government schemes, registrations, and documentation.

You will also assist with beneficiary onboarding, application processing, and tracking. The role involves conducting enterprise visits, cluster mapping, and collecting field-level information. Coordination with various government departments, financial institutions, and industry associations is crucial.

Additional duties encompass organizing awareness programs and workshops, preparing meeting minutes and various operational reports, and supporting the creation of informational materials. Contributing to MSME landscape reports and conducting market research are also part of the scope. You'll help analyze field data, stakeholder feedback, and implementation challenges, while also assisting MSMEs with regulatory requirements and market access.

This role is open to any graduate and is suitable for freshers. While specific experience isn't a prerequisite, a willingness to learn and contribute to MSME development is essential. The position is located in Kolkata, India.
