This role is based in Kolkata and involves providing comprehensive operational, programme implementation, stakeholder coordination, research, and analytical support to strengthen MSME facilitation and service delivery. You will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and impact of our MSME development initiatives.

- Support daily administrative tasks and service delivery at the assigned field office. - Respond to inquiries from MSMEs and stakeholders via various communication channels. - Guide MSMEs on government schemes, registration processes, and eligibility criteria. - Assist with beneficiary onboarding, application processing, and verification. - Participate in enterprise visits, cluster mapping, and data collection. - Coordinate with diverse stakeholders including government departments, industry associations, and educational institutions. - Help organize awareness programs, workshops, and capacity-building events. - Prepare essential reports, meeting minutes, and operational records. - Develop communication materials, success stories, and scheme guides. - Contribute to market research and analysis of local business opportunities and challenges. - Analyze field data, stakeholder feedback, and implementation bottlenecks. - Assist MSMEs with regulatory compliance, access to finance, and market linkages. - Attend review meetings and undertake other assigned duties.

This position requires a graduate-level education. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. The role involves extensive interaction with MSMEs and various government and industry stakeholders, demanding a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to supporting business growth. An ability to analyze data and prepare reports is also crucial for success in this role.
