This role is based in Kolkata, India.

As an Associate Consultant, you will be instrumental in supporting MSME Development and Facilitation Offices. Your contributions will enhance operational efficiency, program implementation, stakeholder engagement, and critical research and analysis aimed at strengthening MSME facilitation and service delivery across the region.

- Support daily administrative tasks and service delivery within the assigned field office. - Address inquiries from MSMEs and stakeholders via walk-in, phone, email, and digital channels. - Advise MSMEs on government schemes, registration processes, eligibility criteria, and necessary documentation. - Assist with beneficiary onboarding, application processing, verification, and applicant communication. - Participate in enterprise visits, cluster mapping, surveys, and field data collection. - Coordinate with various government bodies, financial institutions, industry associations, and educational entities. - Help organize awareness programs, workshops, outreach events, and capacity-building sessions. - Maintain accurate records, including meeting minutes, MIS reports, progress updates, and field reports. - Contribute to the creation of IEC materials, localized content, success stories, and simplified scheme guides. - Support the development of MSME landscape reports, sectoral analyses, and market research to identify business opportunities and challenges. - Analyze field data, stakeholder feedback, and implementation bottlenecks. - Guide MSMEs on regulatory compliance, quality standards, finance access, and market linkages. - Actively participate in review meetings.

This role requires a graduate degree and is located in Kolkata, India.
