- Assist in daily administrative and service delivery tasks for the assigned field office. - Respond to inquiries from MSMEs and stakeholders via various channels (walk-in, phone, email, digital). - Provide guidance to MSMEs on government schemes, registration processes, and eligibility. - Support the onboarding of beneficiaries, application processing, and tracking. - Participate in enterprise visits, cluster mapping, and data collection. - Coordinate with government departments, financial institutions, and industry associations. - Aid in organizing awareness programs and capacity-building initiatives. - Prepare and maintain essential reports and records, including MIS and progress updates. - Contribute to the development of communication materials and scheme guides.
