As a Database Lead/Developer, you will guide database design, data modeling, and development across applications. Responsibilities include crafting SQL objects, procedures, migration scripts, and integration components.

You will meticulously review queries and schemas, optimizing for performance, reliability, and scalability. Establishing robust coding, data quality, security, and database design standards is crucial. Additionally, you will support cloud database implementations, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior database developers while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 8+ years in PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL, along with expertise in cloud database modeling and performance tuning. A proven track record of delivering on responsibilities within enterprise or public-sector environments is essential.

Key technical proficiencies include advanced SQL, data modeling, schema design, stored procedures, and comprehensive database development. Experience with cloud-managed database services is required. Candidates should possess strong skills in query optimization, indexing, partitioning, replication, and performance tuning, as well as ETL/data migration, data quality, backup strategy, and database security.
