This role focuses on leveraging advanced tools like Celonis and Signavio to drive significant business improvements for our clients. You will be instrumental in optimizing processes and delivering tangible results.

Lead process optimization initiatives by modeling, analyzing, and optimizing complex business processes using SAP Signavio Process Manager and Process Intelligence. Design and implement optimized workflows aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.

Integrate SAP Signavio Process Intelligence with various data sources to derive key insights. Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for real-time process performance monitoring and informed decision-making.

Analyze current business processes using Process Intelligence to identify improvement areas. Design workflows that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and boost overall performance.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements. Guide clients on the effective utilization of Signavio's tools, ensuring tailored solutions.

Oversee the deployment and integration of process management solutions, working with technical teams for seamless implementation and providing ongoing support.

A solid understanding of process management methodologies, including BPMN and DMN, is essential for designing optimized workflows. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required to assess business processes using Process Intelligence and drive improvements.

Strong communication and presentation skills are vital for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite for this role.

Key technical skills include hands-on experience with Celonis or Signavio, a strong grasp of data modeling and ETL concepts, and proficiency in SQL. Experience with event logs, data structuring, and KPI definition is also important. The ability to design impactful dashboards and solution architectures, along with exposure to PQL/Python for logic and configuration, will be beneficial.

Functional expertise in exploring ERP/operational processes to identify inefficiencies and value opportunities is expected. The capacity to translate analytical findings into clear business insights and a strong consulting presence for client-facing engagements, including workshops and demos, are critical for success.
