Lead process optimization initiatives using Celonis/Signavio tools to model, analyze, and enhance complex business workflows. Integrate data sources to generate actionable insights and develop interactive dashboards for real-time performance monitoring. Conduct thorough process performance analysis to identify improvement opportunities, optimize operational efficiency, and reduce costs. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, guide them on tool utilization, and ensure tailored solutions. Oversee the implementation of process management solutions, working with technical teams for seamless deployment. Document business requirements, gather performance data, and generate comprehensive reports on improvement outcomes. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members, fostering best practices in process management.

We are seeking individuals with hands-on experience in Celonis, Signavio, or similar process mining and intelligence tools. A strong understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and scripting is essential. You should be proficient in SQL, with exposure to PQL or Python for advanced logic. The ability to design impactful dashboards and analyze ERP/operational processes to identify inefficiencies is key. Excellent communication and consulting skills are required for client-facing interactions and conducting workshops. A Bachelor's degree and solid knowledge of process management methodologies like BPMN and DMN are necessary. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are crucial for driving process improvements.
