Drive process optimization initiatives by modeling and analyzing complex business processes using SAP Signavio. Design and implement optimized workflows aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.

Integrate data from various sources for comprehensive process intelligence, and develop interactive dashboards for real-time performance monitoring and informed decision-making.

Apply strong analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and guide them in utilizing Signavio tools effectively.

Lead the deployment of process management solutions, ensuring smooth integration and providing ongoing support. Document business requirements and generate detailed reports on process performance and outcomes. Contribute to knowledge sharing and foster best practices within the team.

Possess hands-on experience with Celonis, Signavio, or similar process mining tools. A solid understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and transformation scripting is essential.

Demonstrate proficiency in SQL, with exposure to PQL or Python for logic and configuration. Experience in building event logs, structuring source data, and defining KPIs is crucial. Ability to design impactful dashboards, analyses, and solution architectures is expected.

Familiarity with ERP or operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities is highly valued. Strong communication and consulting skills for client-facing engagements are required. A Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite for this role.
