This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with critical contractual documentation and contribute to robust risk management strategies within a leading professional services environment.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing a wide range of contractual documents such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and licensing agreements. You will modify client contracts, assess potential risks, and negotiate terms with legal and business teams. The role also involves offering alternatives for contract language, supporting contract close-out activities, and assisting client-facing teams in developing risk mitigation plans.

Additional duties encompass preparing executive summaries and exception documents for executed and post-executed contracts, ensuring consistent stakeholder communication, and tracking key contractual commitments. You will also provide ad hoc contract management support, update standard templates based on internal policy changes, and conduct training on contractual and compliance issues for team members.

We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field. A strong understanding of contractual documentation and the ability to analyze potential risks are essential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to effectively interact with legal and business teams.

Candidates should be adept at stakeholder management and possess a proactive approach to contract lifecycle management. Familiarity with legal drafting and compliance matters will be advantageous. Staying updated on developments in contract law and arbitration is also important for this role.
