Drive end-to-end product development, from initial concept to production, with autonomy. Rapidly iterate on features to meet business deadlines and user needs. Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate user requirements into technical specifications. Develop high-quality, scalable code, ensuring code performance and maintainability. Analyze complex systems and resolve technical challenges across development and production environments. Utilize AI coding assistants to accelerate feature development, including generating, reviewing, and refining AI-produced code. Take ownership of unit testing and validation of AI-generated code for correctness, security, and performance.

Demonstrate strong experience in at least one major programming language like Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript. Possess experience with microservices architecture, REST/GraphQL APIs, distributed systems, and both SQL and NoSQL databases. Proficiency in using AI engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude is essential. Exhibit the ability to evaluate AI-generated code and integrate AI tools seamlessly into development workflows. Have experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, with a focus on containers, orchestration, infrastructure automation, and observability tools. Requires 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. Work from the office at least 3 days a week is mandatory, operating on a hybrid model.
