- Lead end-to-end product development, guiding features from concept to live production with autonomy. - Engage in rapid, iterative development cycles to meet business objectives and user needs. - Foster collaboration with product managers and designers to translate user requirements into technical specifications. - Uphold high standards of software craftsmanship, writing scalable and maintainable code. - Tackle complex technical challenges, resolving issues across development and production environments. - Utilize AI coding assistants and agents to accelerate feature development, generating and refining AI-produced code.

- Proven experience in a major programming language like Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript. - Demonstrated experience with microservices architecture, REST/GraphQL APIs, distributed systems, and databases (SQL & NoSQL). - Proficiency in using AI engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude. - Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code and integrate AI tools effectively into development processes. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), focusing on containerization, orchestration, infrastructure automation, and observability.
