Drive end-to-end product development, taking features from conception through to production with minimal oversight. Build, deliver, and refine solutions rapidly to meet business objectives and user needs.

Collaborate effectively with product managers and designers to translate user requirements into detailed technical specifications. Write high-quality, scalable code, ensuring the performance and maintainability of the product. Analyze complex systems to resolve technical challenges from development to production.

Utilize AI coding assistants and agents to accelerate feature development, critically reviewing and refining AI-generated code. Take full ownership of unit testing to deliver bug-free code and validate the accuracy, security, and performance of AI-assisted development. Design and implement scalable, observable, secure, and cloud-ready microservices, APIs, data pipelines, and event-driven architectures.

A strong command of at least one major programming language such as Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript is essential. Experience with microservices architecture, REST/GraphQL APIs, distributed systems, and both SQL and NoSQL databases is required.

Proficiency in using AI engineering tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude, and the ability to evaluate and integrate AI-generated code into development workflows are crucial. Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including containerization, orchestration, infrastructure automation, and observability tools is necessary.
