Join our team as a Senior Analyst specializing in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C). This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with the SAP C4C platform across Sales and Service functions. You will be instrumental in functional design, configuration, integration alignment, and driving continuous improvement for C4C-enabled processes throughout the customer engagement lifecycle.

As a SAP C4C Business Analyst, you will work with Product: SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), SCV2, contributing to functional excellence and innovation within the Customer domain. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we leverage C4C for long-term growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing functional designs and supporting system configuration for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, mapping business requirements to C4C capabilities. This covers areas like Lead & Opportunity Management, Customer Quotation Management, Omnichannel Customer Engagement, Customer Contract Monitoring, Customer Claims & Returns Management, Warranty Management, and Retail Execution. - Collaborating with integration teams on C4C–ERP/S/4HANA scenarios, focusing on Opportunity-to-Order, Activity & Opportunity Management, and Service Management integration. - Ensuring data quality for Customer Master Data Management and supporting integration with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG-C). - Designing and validating embedded analytics, dashboards, custom reports, KPI tiles, and data sources within C4C. - Preparing and executing functional test cases, integration test scripts, and UAT scenarios, and supporting health assessments for SAP C4C environments.

We are looking for individuals with:

- Proven experience in SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional designs and configurations. - Strong understanding of integration concepts between C4C and ERP systems like S/4HANA. - Proficiency in data management and ensuring data quality for customer master data. - Ability to design and create analytics, reports, and dashboards within C4C. - Experience with testing methodologies, including functional testing, integration testing, and UAT.

Preferred qualifications include SAP certification in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC in a Sales/Service context, exposure to SAP MXP or SAP Build tools, and an Agile/Scrum delivery background.
