This role focuses on Oracle EBS Payroll functionality within HR Transformation projects. The T&T Manager will leverage extensive experience in Oracle EBS Payroll to drive improvements and deliver value through information derived from the module.

The position requires a strong understanding of the payroll business environment and its constraints. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining and implementing solutions that enhance payroll processes and data utilization.

Emphasis is placed on practical experience with payroll implementations and related processes. This includes hands-on work with data loading and integration touchpoints.

Develop and maintain expertise in Oracle EBS Payroll functional areas, including writing, amending, and understanding Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas.

Contribute to the definition and delivery of valuable information from the Oracle EBS Payroll module by understanding the payroll business environment and constraints.

Participate in at least two payroll implementations using the HCM Global Payroll Module, with a preference for experience in India, UK, USA, or the Middle East.

Manage and execute payroll reconciliation processes and develop parallel run strategies.

Utilize Batch loader/SHDL for efficient data loading into the system.

Understand and manage integration touchpoints with other modules, specifically Benefits, Time & Labor, and Absences.

A minimum of 7 years of professional experience is required, along with a certification in Oracle EBS Payroll functional.

Possession of good business knowledge within the Oracle EBS Payroll functional area is essential, particularly regarding Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas. This includes the ability to write, amend, and understand these formulas.

Demonstrated experience in at least two payroll implementations within the HCM Global Payroll Module is crucial. Experience with payroll in India, UK, USA, or the Middle East is preferred.

Proficiency in payroll reconciliation processes and parallel run strategy development is necessary.

Experience with Batch loader/SHDL for data load is a requirement.

Understanding of various integration touchpoints with other modules, specifically Benefits, Time & Labor, and Absences, is expected.

Knowledge of configuring and utilizing standard connectors for different payroll providers such as ADP and CDP is beneficial.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master’s Degree in any field.
