This role focuses on designing and delivering impactful learning solutions that align with business objectives and client needs. You will be instrumental in creating engaging training programs and fostering positive client relationships.

Leverage your expertise in learning design and project management to lead high-quality interventions. This includes developing strategies, analyzing needs, and crafting comprehensive curriculum for various learning formats, from virtual instructor-led to self-paced digital products. Your role will involve overseeing projects from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring a business-ready standard with minimal supervision.

Lead and manage the creation of effective learning interventions, including training strategies, needs analysis, and curriculum development across diverse formats like vILTs, expert-led sessions, self-paced modules, and digital learning products.

Independently oversee the conceptualization and execution of design projects, managing learning deliverables to a high standard with limited oversight.

Act as an excellent communicator, actively engaging in team and client discussions to propose innovative ideas and groundbreaking designs. Develop content and direct creative execution to ensure consistent, targeted, and impactful messaging.

Contribute to new program ideation, researching and recommending novel branding techniques. Measure and analyze current learning efforts, ensuring alignment with client brand guidelines and objectives. Enable and manage design research, storyboarding, brainstorming, and design reference sessions.

We are seeking a Manager with a creative and innovative mindset, bringing a minimum of 8-9 years of relevant experience as an Instructional Designer or Digital Content Creator, preferably within a corporate setting. A strong portfolio showcasing clean and creative designs is essential.

Key qualifications include good knowledge of technology transformation projects and ERP applications such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Salesforce. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is mandatory, alongside basic knowledge of tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, or SAP Enable Now.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to develop persuasive messages. You should possess the initiative to interact with all management levels, think strategically and artistically, and demonstrate excellent time and project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is required.
