Lead and execute comprehensive cyber reviews, providing specialized expertise in assessing control descriptions, standards, frameworks, and taxonomies. This includes evaluating risk environments and Non-Financial Risk (NFR) frameworks. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, control owners, and risk stewards to identify and implement enhancements.

Your role involves maintaining the risk and control inventory, aligning with global teams on standards, and supporting remediation efforts. You will also mentor junior team members, distribute work effectively, and drive proactive risk management through enhanced reporting and analytics, including the preparation of management reports and dashboards.

We are seeking candidates with expertise in CRISC and a strong background in cyber strategy and risk management. A successful applicant will possess experience in assessing control descriptions, standards, and frameworks, alongside knowledge of risk environments and NFR. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills are essential for collaborating on control enhancements and remediation activities.

Candidates should have the ability to mentor junior team members and drive proactive risk management initiatives. A Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech in CS/IT/EC/E) or MCA from a recognized university is required. The position is based in Bengaluru Eco space, India.
