Lead and execute cyber reviews, providing expert insights into control descriptions, standards, and frameworks, including risk environments and Non-Financial Risk (NFR) frameworks.

Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, Control Owners, and Risk Stewards to identify and implement enhancements for control effectiveness.

Contribute to maintaining the Risk & Control inventory and work with global teams to harmonize control standards and definitions.

Support remediation efforts, challenge insights from specialist teams, and engage with stakeholders for effective issue resolution.

Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering internal expertise and ensuring project continuity. Drive proactive risk management initiatives through advanced reporting and analytics, and assist in preparing management reports and program updates.

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate with a BE/B.Tech (Tier 1/Tier 2) in CS/IT/EC/E, or MCA from a recognized university is required.

Key Skills: Expertise in leading cyber reviews, assessing control descriptions, standards, and frameworks, with a strong understanding of risk management and NFR frameworks. Proficiency in engaging with stakeholders, control owners, and SMEs is essential. Experience in maintaining risk and control inventories and collaborating with global teams is also crucial.

Additional Competencies: Ability to support remediation activities, mentor junior team members, and drive proactive risk management frameworks through reporting and analytics. Familiarity with CRISC certification is a plus.
